You prompted me to look at the Macy's things online. I bought some beauty products for stocking stuffers (Estee mascaras, Origins cleansers, Philosophy bubble bath etc) and a velour pants/ long sleeve top outfit for my mother. I spent $90 and saved $90....I don't mind spending $90 for $180 worth of goods ;0) Free shipping.

I had a coat for my sisters Dec birthday in my cart and took it out while I think about it. She's way curvier than I am and I want to feel confident it would look nice on her.

That will be a nice jacket, good price too.

I have a couple things in my Macy’s shopping cart. Haven’t pressed “place order” yet. A fleece jacket and several tins of moose munch in the cart. They are handy as small gifts at Christmas. I shopped quite a bit at Macy’s last Christmas and was pleased with everything I purchased and the shipping, etc.

I do remember their website had problems last year and still has an issue, but serious shoppers persevere! Hope it goes better his year.

JCP sent out a $10 off coupon. I purchased a grey hoodie for me & short sleeved Polo shirt for DH. Saved $71...spent $6.

Today JCP is giving away coupons: $500 off, $100 off.....and so on. DH's crew will be there. They seem to really enjoy THIS sale. Not sure if we're going....never been before.

That's a really cute and stylish jacket! I have always liked jackets of the length that lands at the hip. They flatter nearly all figures.

Macy's for years have had most of their sale items for sale the day before any of their sales are supposed to start. At one time you had to use your Macy's card to receive the sale price but the last time I purchased something there it buy with the card was not needed. That was over ten years ago.

I never went shopping on Black Friday and probably never will. I can't stand the crowds and traffic. I mostly shop online. I did go down to my local Rite Aid this morning to get some black friday specials. Dunkin donut coffee for $5, got some buy 1 get 2 free - candy for grandkids stockings, Hersey pot of gold, wrapping tape and bath scrunchies. I almost forgot I booked our winter trip to Aruba today and got a good deal.

I bought a robe, blanket, gloves online at Kohls last night. I had an extra 15% off, free shipping and Kohls cash. Both of my dds will be going shopping tonight and I bought them shirts that say "I stayed up all night to get lucky" #BlackFriday

I braved the crowds today and got some good deals at JC Penney. Long lines for check out though.

So far the only thing I bought is a volleyball for my daughter for Christmas (she plays on a highschool team) because hers is worn down and she really wants a new one. She loves her current one, although it’s getting old, so I got her the same one but a different color for $20 off!

I really like the coat and the velvet trim really adds something special to the look.

I wound up at a shoe store black friday sale yesterday and did quite well. I had bought a pair of shoes from this store last week and paid full price but wanted to try on the smaller size which they didn't have and so ordered it in for me. I went back yesterday as they had come in.

From last week to yesterday every pair of shoes was on sale and if you bought a second pair it was 50% off the sale price. So they recharged me for the pair I had already bought which were now 20% off. The second pair was originally $140, on sale for $80 and then half price - so I paid $40 for them, a discount of $100!. That was a pretty good score for this shoe store.
