You could have something like that done by getting a custom laser cut out. The mirror doesn't seem to be reflecting a nice view or something pretty so I would replace it with art. Something colorful with a chunky frame that won't be overpowered by the fireplace. The picture I posted is a bit drearier than I would suggest but I just wanted to give you an idea about how one nice piece would look. I'd also find a different spot for your small decor items. There are so many items that you can't really see the specific pieces. Do you have any lamps in the room? The lighting in the photo seems harsh, lamps will cast a nice glow on everything.
