Can you post pictures? Honestly, I don't recommend you spend the time, effort, and money to redo the cabinets. Wood cabinets are in style, and a tile countertop should be the first thing to go.

Seriously there are at least 100 threads asking this same exact question. I think I've seen 3 this week. If you do a search you'd find lots of suggestions.

Extra white looks to be a cool blue white, Pure white feels gray so I would suggest High Reflective White out of the 3 you have mentioned.

It would also help if you posted pictures of your space (enough for us to see what your style is). If you already know that you want a neutral, blue, green or whatever let us know. You'll see from Kylie's blog post that AW is not the easiest trim color to work with. When you're thinking about a direction to go in you need to be considering the fixed elements in the room(s) you will be painting such as flooring or cabinets if you're including your kitchen or a bathroom.
