Well, it’s certainly looking happier. I’d start harvesting some of those lanky stems to encourage it to thicken up. It shouldn’t need the sticks, unless they’re there to keep a pet off it. Be aware also that it’s autumn in the northern hemisphere and for most of us mint is winding down towards winter dormancy. So it’s not going to look really healthy until next year.

Mints are very hard to id from pictures because we can’t smell or taste them. You’ll have to do that and decide for yourself on scent and flavour.

I'm in the southern hemishpere, so it's getting some good sun as spring comes in. I'll remove the sticks and trim it down a bit.

OK. So it should continue to improve as you go into summer. If you’re in a hot area it will probably need to be outside but not in blazing sun.
