It's Your House and You Should Do What You Want To

Sooner or later, in many extended postings with a range of pro and con comments, one of the house mothers will come along and post, "It's your house and you should do what you want to. It's your house. Do what you like and makes you happy!"

Well...as a public service, I suggest that when someone wants to make a helpful and constructive post like this in the future that it simply be abbreviated as follows: "IYHAYSDWYWT!"

It will save a lot of time typing and reading, and we can all go on with the thread knowing a house mother has been there.

Just a public service announcement. No need to thank me.

By the way, last night I went to a talk by Peter Bohlin. He talked about the house he designed in northern Michigan (it is wonderful). I got to chat with him afterwords and got him to sign my copy of his first book on the houses he designed. For those of you that do not know of Peter Bohlin, google him, he does good work.

It's not everyday I get to meet a AIA Gold Medal winner. (Peter on the right)
