NKBA recommended max distance between two appliances is 9' from center of appliance, so you'll have just over 9' if using a standard depth fridge. Since you have no barrier between the fridge and sink, that should work. Have you considered making the range run and the peninsula shorter, and pulling the cabinets around the fridge out to the depth of the fridge box, for a built-in look?

Your layout looks very similar to the one I have at home and have no issue with the fridge and sink distance (unless you have something dripping in the fridge and need to get it to the sink!). My peninsula / bar area is to yours and ends up being the loading dock for the fridge when we have a lot of groceries. Your proposed layout is exactly what I wanted to do in our recent kitchen refresh, so I heartily approve! We opted not to move appliances, and put the resources into upgrading counter tops and appliances instead. So my fridge is still where your range will be and my range is where your fridge will be.

Your proposed fridge location allows family to access drinks, etc., without getting in the cook's way. Definitely try to pull out cabs surrounding fridge for a built-in look. We were able to recess the fridge into an adjacent room in our last house, and I loved the sleekness of the built-in look. As for peninsula seating - take care to measure from overhang to table seating to ensure there's enough room to get through to the back hall. If you are carrying groceries through the back hall to the peninsula, you may want stools that sit under the overhang, rather than seats with backs. Good luck!
