Starting off to be a great season. I'm sorry David group lost a great player but it's still better since they would've lost one player after all losing the immunity.

I enjoyed the show immensely, loved that the David could solve the puzzle so quickly. And, it was nicely humbling for the Goliaths to lose right off the bat. I felt so bad for the David who was injured in the boat ride. That's a crappy way to be taken out of the game. I'm not rooting for any specific person yet, but sure hope the Goliaths learn to temper their attitudes a bit. Too much cockiness tends to put me off.

Very good first show. Very sad a player was injured and left. I don't have a favorite yet.

Have high hopes for this season being entertaining! The one thing I hope they change though is some of the challenges - if they are mostly physical - the Goliath team has a huge advantage. If they put some puzzles at the beginning instead of always the end - then the Davids might have a better shot.

Rooting for the underdog Davids already!

Christian reminds both me and my husband of the guy from The Big Bang Theory

It was nice they actually put enough time into the first episode to get to see most of the players interact. In past seasons, I have sometimes felt half of one tribe, and three quarters of the other, were not shown.

I agree about spending time with both tribes, it was nice editing and pacing. And I don't think that everyone looks alike this season. Even tho I don't know all the names yet, they all seem to be distinct. And remember in the first challenge, the Goliaths called him "Big Bang Theory".

Ugh another show I missed this week while away. DH and I will have to watch it tomorrow then our family will make their picks for winner. I must redeem myself and at least make the merge this year!
