A few of my most recent blooms

I haven't been posting much recently. But I have had some nice blooms lately, and my roses have stayed healthy through the summer months.

Here's a few of my most recent blooms.

Thank you everyone! My potted roses are the ones that are blooming so much, they set on one flush after the other. There are a few exceptions with my roses, which are planted in the ground, my Beverly and Orchid Romance have bloomed almost non-stop all season, Liebeszauber hasn't bloomed much lately, but has bloomed a lot this season. The blooms for most of my other roses in the ground has been somewhat sporadic, but the majority look healthy. Hopefully, some of them will bloom good in September and October. I like it when the temps aren't so hot, the blooms begin to be lovelier.

I cut this arrangement last evening. The varieties include about six Pink Peace blooms, Sheila's Perfume, Marijke Koopman, Bewitched, Bride's Dream, Neptune, Belinda's Dream and in the center a fragrant Julia Child bloom. The Pink Peace blooms are on Fortuniana and Dr. Huey, the remainder are either on Dr. Huey for Multiflora and all of them are grown in pots. I was somewhat disappointed a few weeks ago, because both my Firefighter and Chrysler Imperial were loaded with blooms, but it was during most of our hottest weather, the blooms didn't amount to much. Hopefully, they will be blooming again soon!

This place is wholesale only. If you belong to a begonia branch of the ABS, you can get your club to inquire about making a group purchase. I think I have heard other branches do it this way and pay for the shipping too. You can ask your local nursery to buy for you as well (I think).

Thank you mustbnuts, flowers and Kate. I’ve enjoyed Crazy Love a lot, I look forward to seeing your blooms next year, flowers. Kate, I’m pretty sure Solero will be a good bloomer, it hasn’t had a gob of blooms in its first season, but has bloomed regularly, hopefully it will continue to improve. I would describe it as a buttery yellow. I am anticipating that it and Bliss will be loaded with blooms next year. They are both blackspot resistant.

Those pictures are Perfection and your bouquet is a pastel Delight! How do you grow such perfect-looking roses? Mine are currently all taking a break as they're having a hard time blooming in the rain! Hopefully it will encourage them to set bud at least!

Thanks again! I was excited last evening that I was able to cut this many Moonstone blooms at once and the blooms from my own root Bride's Dream are so elegant at this time, which is the reason I wanted these roses in the first place!

I added those to an assorted bouquet after I took these pictures.
