Does anyone know the calibration procedure (or where to find them) for a Capital Maestro series double oven? I can't find them anywhere. We are consistently below set temperature thru the full oscillation range. For instance, at a set temperature of 350° it consistently oscillates between 342° on the high side and 330° on the low side. Very consistent heating cycles but never up to temp. From what I understand the set temp should be right in the middle (average) of the oscillating highs and lows (example: 360° to 340° for a 350° setting). Any thoughts? Thanks!
