Bathroom sink faucet stem unit replacement

I have a Delta Model# 35774LF-SP with no visible set screw. Trying to replace the seat and spring in the valve stem and can’t seem to locate a set screw or am able to remove handle. Didn’t see anything underneath with the exception of the mount for the entire handle assembly. Any ideas?

If I were going to guess, I would say that the part of the handle that sticks out 90* unscrews, then that top piece comes out, followed by the flange. Then the hold-down nut will be exposed.

Here's a link to the install instructions. Page 4 seems to have the directions you need to change the seats and springs.

Plumber, unless you know someone who is truly handy. It's been my experience that some " handy" men are good at a lot of stuff BUT, with water and electricity I tend to call the expert. The plumber will drop those puppies in quickly and properly. In my opinion it's worth the few extra bucks BUT ( again) get a couple or 3 estimates .

If you wanted something easy to clean behind you would have a single lever faucet, and a new sink. Or, if there is a center hole in the existing sink that will accept a faucet, then you could simply plug the extra holes with decorative faucet hole covers sold for that purpose. Or you could mount the faucet to the left or right and similarly plug the extra holes.
