I assume you do not have Office 2007? xlsx is is an XL 2007 document. However if you have an earlier version of Office you can installed the compatibility pack from the link below. Here is a link that might be useful: Office compatibility pack here

I fixed the problem! I had to go into My Sharing Folders all sorts of ways to delete everything but I finally made the items disappear. I think it might have finally been done through "Recent" when I acted like I was going to attach a file to an e-mail.

Thanx, Bob. I was really afraid of what Randy and Mikie were saying. I didn't want to challenge it, but I sure haven't cancelled my DSL yet LOL. I can access my mail through both my ATT/Yahoo home page & mail page and through Yahoo and Yahoo recognizes me, but Yahoo does not control my email account. Not where access is concerned, only the technical aspect. It might stay there forever, but whether I will be able to access it is another question after ATT cuts me off. I really appreciate each of you trying to help. Wish there were some way I could just do a forward in batch, but I guess not. Thanx again.
