A medium tan color would look nice with the stone.

I think tan would look great, also a dark blue would be nice.

I also have stone on the front of my house along with a red brick chimney. We had our house painted Taupe Tease from Behr along with Superior Blue for our trim and we are very happy with the colors. Blue would also look great with your stone!

Which door is your actual front door? The one next to the garage or the one where the walkway currently goes to the left?

If your front door is the one next to the garage then keep that door a contrasting color. On the other hand, if your actual front door is to the left, make that your focal point and paint the secondary door next to the garage a color that blends with the siding color you ultimately select. I would also change that door out for something that doesn't have that oval window when you can do so,

Not sure about the colors, but I would select a color from your stone for your front to harmonize your home's exterior. You have many colors in the stone so your choices are wide open. I also like the darker garage door that celerygirl proposes so it recedes a bit. Make your actual front door a contrasting/accent color.
