Maggots in my fish emulsion barrels

I am making fish emulsion with seaweed. Flies got in and laid maggot larvae. Is there anything I can do to dissolve or cook them in the solution? It wasn't airtight so that might have helped them survive and also for them to,make a nest there. If I add more seaweed and molasses would they eventually die? How about it the fermentation/chemical reaction that occurs when the solution is sealed airtight? It gets bubbly and frothy when sealed. I have a 5 gallon pail and a barrel that is almost 80 gallons btw. Fish emulsion makes up a minority of the solution, but the fish carcasses occasionally floating to the surface still attracted flies. Seaweed, micro algae, wood ashes, molasses, Guano, fish parts and other things, but the fish parts are the killer in terms of smell and flies
