Comments (48)I hope so Laurie! That's it, I will never order live plants or lily bulbs again from Veseys. Here's an unknown that is blooming today, its definitely an Asiatic. ItÂs probably blooming late because I moved a bunch of lily bulbs from an area that had too much shade last fall. There is a Moonstruck tag near it, but MS is white. Any ideas? Comments (18)NS - Orange Pixie is right in front of that one. They are smaller and not open just yet. I think that one was a potted one someone gave me for my birthday a couple years back. I did have a name for the red ones but can't remember now. Right behind those orange ones are 40 year old tiger lilies. I will post a pic when they open. A few around the yard are almost ready as well. Someone please do a sundance! If I wouldn't get dizzy, I would! Lol...See Moreplease help!!!!
Comments (1)Rhizomes of bearded iris are planted with the top half exposed. As far as new growth, that is the nature of their growth cycle. A baby rhizome is growing off the mother rhizome. I haven't read the FAQ lately but it has additional information. I only grow Allium unifolium and the drumstick one (can't remember correct name).
