Chinotto Sour Orange - Young Tree Care

Hi,

We've recently brought a Chinotto sour orange tree into our garden. Somehow, even in the PNW, I was convinced we could successfully grow this guy. Citrus tree care is totally new to me and I'm not entirely sure where to start. Right now, it's just one single stem coming out of the ground. At first, it was covered in gorgeously fragrant blossoms which have all dried up and fallen off. Now we have mostly foliage with a few little baby oranges popping up. I'm wondering if the blossoms will come back, or perhaps that is just during the late spring? There's also a new little guy sprouting up at the base of the tree. Going by these pictures, do you see anything that needs to be done? Any specific care? It's getting 8-10 hours of sun and when it's cooler at night, which is rare now, we bring him into the sun room where it's still warm. Looking forward to little citrus tree advice!
