Looking for best laminate wood flooring on the market
Comments (2)I like Kronotex from Germany we have it in our bedroom , the one we have looks like cararra marble , easy to in stall weears like iron . We have big dogs that for some reason love to play in our bedroom in 10 yrs not one scratch. Kronotex has a US distributor I think. We actually got ours from HD in Canada. Comments (9)so you want to put another type of wood (or wood look laminate) next to the real, darker wood that borders it? That isn't going to look good. either use the same wood/stain, or, use another type of tile. if you want to keep your existing wood, can it be sanded and stained a lighter tone? then you could just stain the new wood portion to match in w/the older flooring. Or, redo all of the flooring to a different, light wood, like this French Oak If you just want to do the one room, then choose a larger format tile (24x24, 30x30, or a 18x36 size) here are some options that Tilebar.com has. Comments (1)The first thing I would do is get a counter depth fridge in that small space and since the space is tiny I think the same as the walls could be a good idea. Comments (2)You will get a lot of pushback here about wood tile next to real wood. The consensus seems to be that the wood tile looks fake next to the real wood. If you can't do real wood in the entry way, you might consider another material.
