Some Blooms are Starting
Comments (4)Awwwwww...they will come soon, Rita! But I know how you feel because I am doing the same anxious wait on my hibiscus flowers. My established bushes were frozen to the ground this winter...and they are having to grow back from the roots. I probably won't get any flowers from them until August. In the meantime, all the hibiscus are blooming like crazy in the garden centers. I broke down and bought one because it was an unusual color. But dang...I sure wish mine would hurry up! About half of mine were self seeded in my gardens and transplanted. You should be able to grow them in zone 6, I really like them. Sherry...See Moresignet_gw(6b)
