I have knobs everywhere except my trash pull and paneled dishwasher drawers. I think a knob on your trash would work fine, but it'd look weird because it would be in the middle. Would the straight modern pull work on the trash?

Shannon and Sujarf Thank You for your opinions and thoughts. The closet is finished in two tones. Natural and what was supposed to be more brown, like the bathroom, but is redder in tone. I don't dislike it, it's just not what I wanted. The cabinets were a mixed stain 13 years ago. This was supposed to match. Sigh.... Here is a pic of the bathroom and bedroom with touches of green. The cornice has green pattern between the stripes, the "curtains" are green and the mirrors are green/gold. The bedroom drapes and skirt are green. The chair and pillow on the bed match the fabric of the bath cornice. In April, we had an interior hot water heater go out and flood several rooms. Our closet was one of them. I had wanted to take out the master bath marble, as it has not held up well to high traffic, and replace with porcelain. Also, to get rid of the shiny shower tile. But, I used my mad money to have built ins for the closet instead. One day, I will replace it. For now, I thought of doing something nice in the closet and matching the bath later. Here is an inspirational sample I saw yesterday.It is marble 8x12. I would like two colors of porcelain 8x12 and 2" inserts. It would "blend" with the existing bath for now. Here is a pattern I cut out of construction paper to size. It's not perfectly laid out (pieces kept moving, not totally strait, etc) I will go with the bronzy-copper drawer pulls on all drawers.

This is a whole-house remodel of my Dad's mountain/ski vacation house that all the adult siblings are helping him with. The cabinets are in. I tried my best to do a mock-up in order to visualize which finish to choose. The hardware is going to be Jeffery Alexander: Pull - Bremen 1; Knob - Durham The finish will either be satin nickel or dark brushed copper. There are differing opinions between the siblings, so I thought I'd ask here. Floors: medium toned wood (they are actually darker than I was able to show in my mock-up) Cabinets: soft white Counters: Taj Mahal quartzite Backsplash: not chosen yet, it will be neutral and quiet Sink: stainless Elkay Faucet: Delta Trinsic Chrome Fireplace: rocked Furniture: dark brown dining table and chairs Metal on the light fixtures: chandelier and pendants will have matte black for the metal parts Sofa: darkish mushroom brown fabric with colorful accent pillows Area Rug: CB Alvarez Garden (pic below) Sample board: shows the fabric sampled, rug sample, paint, taj sample So...satin nickel or dark brushed copper? I’m not usually a fan of brass, but I think yours looks great. I don’t think you need to change the dining room fixture, it is far enough way and it coordinates with the polished nickel on the backs of your chairs.
