Well, I did not like this Devil's Chocolate Cake

I made the recipe called Devil's Chocolate Cake from Baking in Vermont.


Well, I didn't like it very much. e consistency of the chocolate was too "gelatin-y" for my palate. A creamier consistency for the chocolate would have tasted better. I did like the way this cake cut, as it was easy to serve a sliver or a slice. I followed the recipe exactly, used top notch ingredients, made no changes, and used my tall 8" Fat Daddio pan. Very disappointing!
