Well...the expansion will probably be the end of me as a Houzz member. The article doesn't give a specific date but with all the commotion going on over these last few weeks...I think it's safe to assume that it's in the works now. Too bad. I've been here a long time and many of the members at this table helped me through the rough months following the loss of my husband. But Firefox isn't always happy with the security of the Houzz website and Malwarebytes Premium has had a few "comments" to make about it as well. Maybe opening the global doors will improve the Houzz security system. I hope so for all concerned. On the bright side...my eyesight will appreciate the rest away from my monitor...and surely...my other demands and interests will appreciate my renewed attention. There's always a bright side to life's little burps.

Gill, it seems not to be an icon, rather under the Like or Save Icons, my screen shows in green "Say thank you" just below that. My office GW/Houzz view never returned to normal, I can only read there not post (older password problem). At home I'm on Window 7, at work Windows 10, wonder if that matters here. Now I can't readily switch between different forums. So many of you by phone now, must be all kinds of interface oddities. Thanks to Sherry & her tip abt hovering over 'Stories and Advice' I can still get to various forums, just not so easily. I don't log in & out, just leave it on both here & at work. Houzz is going to lose people over this, even more than we've already lost.

The technology age may be a factor, Mary. I can't access places on Houzz from our older desktop. I certainly can't upload photos from it. Our computer is about the same age as yours. It was a cutting edge Mac at the time. Ha, ha. My husband ran Logic software and recorded music with it. Now it sits around and roars like a T rex, but my husband can still do music production, send emails, etc. There is a Houzz phone number you can call, too. Of course YMMV, but this is how I find the topics (forums) list from the main "Gardening in Texas" forum page. Hovering the cursor over the "Get Ideas" link at the top of the page provides this dropdown:Clicking the "Gardenweb" link highlighted in the red oval opens the main Gardenweb page (which is your personal "Your Topics" page if still logged in):Clicking the "Show All" link in the left column under "Featured Topics" (may have to scroll down to see it) expands to the full list like this: Hope this helps... it's really unfortunate basic navigation has become this obscure.
