Appreciate the info. Dave - Since I have 3 bottles of the Mango Pineapple, I will leave one fresh, freeze one and experiment with one. Whey you say not nearly enough liquid, are you suggesting anything in particular? Vinegar/Lime Juice? Water? Fruit Juice? Come to think of it, the recipe actually did call for a 15 oz can of pineapple rings in juice. I used 15 oz fresh pineapple with no added juice, so that would explain some it. The OP of the recipe even said his turned out thick using the pineapple rings in juice. If I dump one bottle into a sauce pan and mix additional juice, bring to boil and rebottle, would that present any problems? I'm assuming not since it has only been bottled for 24 hours at this point and I would still plan on using within 30 days.

You know Jeanne, you are right, with some eggs added it will be perfect for Easter. I had just collected whatever I had around that was white and bunnies fit the bill! As you know, I love bunnies and have some out year round. I think I'll try to find some silk greenery, maybe sort of pale green. When I take my winter décor off my mantel, some of those items might work in this too. This is just my way of "playing" when I'm not in the mood to do some serious cleaning or yard work! lol

In my experience, Rosemary bushes die in the winter here in Rhode Island. I have a bush in its second year in a 10 gallon pot next to a small window inside an unheated garage where it's doing well despite an unusually harsh winter. Because of the low temp it is barely growing. Thus it has kept its vigorous shape. Compare to bringing rosemary inside the house where the heat doesn't match the lack of sun -- and begins to look wimpy. My last outside overwintering rosemaries held out until the last month so my fingers are crossed (albeit with a confident carelessness). I hope my rosemary champion can make it through the last weeks because there's nothing quite like a well kept big, bushy Mediterranean rosemary bush during the height of summer. If this works I may try it again next year outside in the ground with its own cover, as it appears the freezing temps can be handled without humidity-leeching winds and battering precipitation.

Depends on what climate you're in as to how damaging it might have been. You could carefully cut it open to see if the seed is turning black or if roots/shoots are developing.
