I only have two spams, plus about a dozen legitimate emails I'd accidentally sent to the spam box. Oops. No entertaining spam.

I opened a second Facebook account a few years ago, just to be on some groups. I changed my mind and never ever have used it. I made up a name, as I did with my regular Facebook account.

I get several spam daily from Facebook saying that I have a bunch of friends, and people that want to connect with me, etc. I don't know how to delete a Facebook account.

I never even check mine.

They seem to think I need "male enhancement" products LOL

I just checked and I have 565 items in spam. One was from someone who asked me to stop sending pictures.............I don't even know how to. some enhancement type things, some job possibilities. Guess I'll spend tomorrow doing some "deleting forever.

In February we both had the flu and no way did we want to expend energy walking down the stairs to the first floor to answer the door. So we put a hand written sign beside the door bell. "We're sick. Please don't disturb." It worked. Now that makes me realize that we must normally get a lot more people at the door than some folks here who live up long driveways or on lonely country roads. I guess in a week's time that sign must have helped us fend off at least four doorbell rings and knocks.

Oops, yes, the above was meant for another thread, the one about whether we open our doors when someone knocks or rings the bell. I'd like to be able to blame its misplacement on Houzz, but the simplest explanation is that I goofed all by myself.

If a post is entertaining enough it is completely acceptable in my book for it to be non sequitur.

I check mine daily. Glance and kill. Once in a great while, my filter will mistakenly put a legitimate email into spam. It's usually something new that isn't in my usual 'history'.

I had about 700 Classmates, Facebook, and Linkdn (sp?) "click bait" emails in my Spam folder.

Angela, Matthias' post was non sequitur, I surmise he may have been replying to another thread. Because he is so nice and a good writer, I made the entertaining non sequitur remark out of courtesy.

sushipup I'm glad to hear that because I think all those gorgeous men - from Philip on down - have a baldness problem for which there are cures today!

On my ‘spam email account’ which I use for FB and most online orders, apparently I have nail fungus, problems with online dating sites, risk of diabetes, hair loss, termites, and a whole host of other health problems to worry about, and might need a loan or a home warranty. Sheesh! And I never google any of this stuff or fall prey to click bait.

My legit email accounts are perfectly clean. Some things go to junk mail by mistake, but I can easily retrieve.
