Very Interesting News for EVERYONE. I just got a call from the Benjamin Moore store that sells the paint to the painter. Apparently BM just came out with a new version of Moorgard and Moorlife that has a LIFETIME warranty like Duration. The best part is the price does NOT change. Just like Duration the product is thicker and uses some new technology. I hate to be the guinea pig but a life time warranty for exterior paint sounds appealing. The only catch is the warranty is available only on the Exterior paint line. Apparently they didn't upgrade the interior paints. That will probably come later. The new model number is N105 and N103. The additional (N) in the part number is the important part. That specifies that the base is the new concentrated mix that comes with the lifetime warranty. If anyone else familiar with this? Used Dover White on Cabinets. Contractor uses SW so had to find a similar color to BM White Dove. Looks nice. Not Yellow at all in out kitchen. But I’d suggest BM White Dove. I like that color better. we painted Alabaster on walls and it is milky white. Pretty but White Dove is a bit warmer and would be less stark on cabinets. Just my 2 cents. Good luck!

@Ac Lb Hi! I went with SW Alabaster on walls and SW extra white in semi gloss on the trim and uppers. Will post a picture. One thing, use the SW Emerald if going with alabaster - the contractor did ProMar 200 and it was awful. They upgraded to Emerald and it made a HUGE difference, the walls look entirely different.

I'm not sure the space will even accommodate that layout unless the storage cabinet on the DR wall is only 12" deep. The table would be easier for day to day usage if you can get away with a 42" round table that allows you to add a leaf when necessary. If this is not a forever home, a modest apartment sized sofa with two lounge chairs will offer you more options than the sectional.
