Goodness, not an easy choice at all! You ask a good question about the pot size. Sometimes I don't get it at all, as I'll see large trees in 1 or 2 gal, and then see small'ish ones in larger containers. The tree behind my inca gold was in a 1 gal when I bought it! After being there yesterday there isn't a HUGE difference visually between the 1-2 gal, however they are probably older and will therefore bloom sooner. BTW, no wonder John was pushing DS! The day I picked it up was the one and only time I brought my hubby, he offered to pay; no wonder he seemed shell shocked, lol! It is a SLOW grower, making me nuts. Everything else I can easily notice a difference day to day, not the DS. Here's my Inca, it's getting SO close to opening, can't wait! I've heard from a few friends that many of JJ's trees don't have the typical strong fragrance of a plumeria. But they are beautiful! I'm hot for a Bewitched, whether or not it has a nice fragrance. Wow, that is a gorgeous space. You must be thrilled. I like the whole list of colors -- those are all really good options and maybe you should sample. I'd add one more to the list. You can snag the chip at Lowe's. It's Olympic's Blue Shamrock. Or, you can go the full spectrum route and get the full spectrum version of Blue Shamrock from Ellen Kennon. She calls it Aqua. Course it depends on the light, but Aqua would likely appear less colorful that the colors you've listed yet still be a color. Sorry for the delay! I looked at the buffet again and another pic of it shows it with a brass accessory or top. Also, if you go to the link I put above, and move your cursor over the knobs on the doors, they appear to be antiqued brass. You appear to have a good distance between the dining area and where the coffee table will go, so I personally would be fine with it. You've got a bit of a rustic vibe in the dining area and more 'formal' in the living room, so I would do it. This is coming from the woman who got a great deal on this brass and glass coffee table below from eBay back in 2010, so I am prejudiced toward brass. :-) I paid about 1/4 of the asking price for it on !st Dibs - HERE

Wow, your place is spectacular! I have been there and just love it, you are quite lucky to have a little piece of paradise there ;) I really like your thoughts on the seaglass colorways. It will be beautiful! I've had some custom Sunbrella cushions outside under a covered patio for about 8 years and they look as good as the day we got them. I chose the Dupione fabric from that same Elements collection and it has survived teenage boys, hurricanes, Texas heat and many spilled margaritas probably. So if you're concerned about wear and tear I highly recommend that particular line. The texture also helps camouflage any possible stains. Being that yours will be in an inside room I'm sure they will hold up just fine with whatever you choose.
