What is the custom color of the shutters?

Is the custom shutter color in the blue tones? Also, what color brick will be used on the back portion of the house?

I think a natural medium wood tone door would look nice.

Darker green, brick red, or aubergine.

Have a faux artiste paint it to look like wood.

What will you be growing in the pots ..flowers, shrubs, annuals, perennials, upright, trailing, tomatoes, herbs, potatoes, poison ivy for door to door salespersons...?

In my view, you need large and substantial pots and plantings across the entire front porch. Avoid little, dinky pots and clusters of cuteness...

I would not paint your door a version of white. I think a darker color that ties in with your shutter color would look nice. Something in the same green tone or complimentary like a deep red.

Well, that house is about perfect IMO. Color combination is perfect. Either paint the door the trim or the shutter color. Don't add more to this. Keep it simple, however, it would spend my $$ and time on landscaping to set off this perfect diamond of a home.

Are you planning for fans on the ceiling of the porch?

I don't know that black rails are needed in the front. Maybe just minimal handrails at the step/s?

Landscaping ideas - Textured random garden for the front.

Crushed stone walkways would be appropriate. Maybe the driveway crushed stone also.

I agree with gthigpen - not white, but something that draws the eye to the front door.
