Comments (11)I have two yellows that are not screaming meemie that I love! One is SW Jersey Cream. (Posted in Gallery "Yellows" thread during painting/remodel process. To get to the Gallery just look at the options at top of page, right before posts start. You'll see Decorating, Gallery, Conversations. ) The other is an Ace color, Manor Cream. (I had the JC mixed by Ben Moore, but the Ace color I just used Ace paint.) Soothing, not jarring, calming. In a high light room the Jersey Cream might be too light for you, I used it in a lower light family room and it's perfect, it has mellowed to a buttery creamy golden. The Manor Cream I put in higher light bedrooms in a different house, and I can't get enough of that color when I'm there! (Sorry, no pics of that one) Despite the name, both are more yellow than cream for sure. In fact when searching yellows, I found a huge chunk of the agony is taken away if you shift your focus over to swatches of creams that have high yellow tint in them. "True" yellows (just like taupes/beiges) have the propensity to drive you crazy! And almost all were too jarring for my taste. Also, trailrunner has a yellow I had my eye on for ages but never used. After seeing it on her laundry room walls I regret not using it! Valspar (pretty sure it's Valspar line at Lowe's) Belgian Waffle. If you post and ask her for it, she'd probably oblige. She re-posted it for me once but the thread is gone (lost in one of the board software glitches we've had lately?)....See MoreTeen bedroom & Guest bedroom ideas

Comments (1)I pushed the twin bed in my office up against the walls, then had a custom slipcover for the bed and large bolsters all along the length to match. I also had two large square pillow covers made to add some contrast. Now it is a tailored daybed/sofa look instead of a twin bed....See MoreBedroom Furniture Re-arrange...Help needed
Comments (5)It is too high to use as a bedside table. Bedside table should be about the height of the mattress. Put it where you have the floor lamp...See MoreUser
