Dying calamansi plant (?)

Ellen Wang

Hi everyone! About a year ago, I germinated some calamansi seedlings from fruit and it was doing well until this winter (Texas) where half of them died from the cold and I brought them inside. Over the past few months, several of them began wilting at the top and the new baby growth would begin to turn brown. Eventually the old leaves would start turning yellow from the tips and drying out. I’ve checked for root rot, drilled extra drainage holes, and watered them about once a day over the summer and once a week over the colder period when I bring them indoors. Starting March/April I’ve been acclimating them to the outdoors on the balcony again. Since then some of them are very healthy but others still show signs of leaf drop, wilting, and yellowing. I potted them in regular potting mix and fertilizing with miracle gro citrus. Can somebody help me figure out what’s wrong with my plants please? (I’ve included some healthy ones as well to show a comparison)
