I was walking through my neighborhood enjoying people's yard plantings. Hoping someone knows what this is? Thanks!

That looks like it could be it! Thank you. The pussytoes plant I found online is sold as a ground cover, but maybe there is a taller variety. Or I wonder if helichrysum ruby cluster is a possibility?

Can't answer that. The Pussy's Toes I'm familiar with aren't very tall - just makes a bigger clump that can be separated into more plants.

Looks like Helichrysum 'Ruby Cluster' to me.

Thank you, Hoovb. Now to find a vendor of Helichrysum Ruby Cluster. I like how it changes from a red bud to a yellow center. Everyone that carries it seems to be out of stock or no longer grown. I will keep checking.

There are Etsy sellers that sell seeds of pussytoes. It does seem similar, but lower growing.

Seems like the kind of thing the Dry Garden in Oakland or Annies' Annual's in Richmond would have.
