I suggest you find a local upholsterer. They should be able to guide you to firmness and size, fit them into your cushion covers, and may even have some blanks for you to give the toochie test to. An upholsterer can also do a Dacron wrap and/or muslin case if needed. Due to skyrocketing petroleum prices, foam prices have really shot up recently. But there is a small difference in cost between qualities of foam. I know Norwalk will replace their own cushions for very little money (not much more than shipping), but I don't think they would offer that to another brand. ratherbesewing is right that it looks too big. The front is sticking out too far. If you do have one made, let them make a template of the chair so they can make it the right size. ETA, while you don't need an upholster, you do need someone that specializes in home decor. Cushions are not easy to make and it won't be cheap.

Have you tried Big Lots ? Almost any big box store should be carrying cushions at this time of year : Lowes, Home Depot, Target, Walmart, etc.. If you can't find the ones you need at any of those places, there's always Amazon.
