Have you looked at upholstered parsons chairs for your table? From the get go I always imagined your place with grays, white and blush. Are you a pink girl at all?

Usually adding a picture of your furniture in place will help to get better advice..leather furniture is kind of slippery for throw pillows to stay in place...so if the purpose is decorative and not function I would look for other ways to add interest or color...perhaps throws?

Ok. No problem. Just measure your space carefully and do a scale layout to see if the pieces you select will really fit properly. The room seems like there is a step down into it? Measure that. That is a spot you will need to watch for fall protection.

Get some masking tape and outline on the floor the furniture you are considering. That will help you visualize the available space, especially walking-around room.
