Once you get your photos into photobucket, you can share here using several methods. Easiest is either post the link to your album ~or~ you can copy and paste the "HTML tag" line located below the photo into a post here. Here's a step by step guide that shows you where the HTML tag is (see item 3 in screen shots). That method will insert the photo directly into your post so we see the picture rather than a link to it. I know too many grays/beigey gray. I just bought the "stone" color swivel chair even though I knew I should get some color in there and I almost changed the fabric on the ottoman even though it would be $$ due to special order. Today I just happened to be looking at PPG Soft herbal sage. Thanks!

All the rooms are visible, at least in your photos. I think I would paint all the rooms one color…white, specifically, B.M. Paper White, which is touted to have gray/green/blue undertones. A good combination for the stacked stone. The stone is lovely and I think it should be the inspiration for the entire first floor. Family room sofa?

There is nothing wrong with their floors. There is nothing wrong with yellow and gold. If you do not understand and/or like the wood and colors, you really cannot help them. They would absolutely need a warm white for the walls. Not a cool white. They have a house full of warm wood. And I gave you some warm white paint options in my comment above. It also looks like a house full of children in these pictures, and the best coffee table to have with children is an ottoman style. It is also on trend and has been for a while, and it is a style that would work in their space. With what I can see of the sectional shape and style, I think maybe a large square shape for ottoman.
