You need plants to soften and blend it into the landscape, not more hardscaping (which is very nice, btw).

Why do you want a structure? Looks unnecessary to me and would distract from the view and beautiful patio.

You'll need footings for anything you build. So that would have been a before pavers job. The towering trees provide enough shade. For outdoor enjoyment during rain you could consider adding retractable sailcloth awnings to your porches.

Patricia's fire pit is a fantastic example of what to do. Choose sturdy, solid furniture so it doesn't disappear against the stone.

It think any pre fab structure you add to that patio is going to junk it up. Also, you'll be surprised how quickly that patio surface fills up when you add a seating area and/or a dining set with proper walk-around space.

I'm thinking you could have some kind of cantilevered shelter built with posts on the hill side of the patio. Something like this, but with proper roofing
