We went and saw Game Night and I Can Only Imagine was sold out. Game Night was not what I thought it was going to be, but he was pretty funny.

I plan to see it. will probably just buy a dvd tho. TBN had on interviews with Bart and Trace Adkins and Quaid over the weekend - and clips of the movie. looks so good! It isn't on Amazon yet. maybe soon.

I plan on seeing it and I bought the Movie Pass the other day. My son and a one of my best friend and her dh also have the Movie Pass. If you don't know what the Movie Pass is it is a program where you buy a subscription and get to go to movies. My son pays $9.99 a month and is able to see regular movies, one a day. I paid for a year and bought it during a promotion for $79.00 (plus fees). When you are in the parking lot, no more than 30 minutes prior, you download your ticket and then you give your Movie Pass card to the cashier and you get your ticket. Today we are going to see Wonder at the discount movie theater and I will be using it there too.

not to derail the thread, but can you please clarify one thing: what is your renewal rate for MoviePass? This is what the front page says:

Jewel, you will love Wonder also! My DD has a girl in her school with that disease. Someone donated money so every student could go to understand more about her problems. Fantastic movie!

What movie chain does the movie passes? I have to go to Emporia, Topeka, or Olathe to see movies.

I don't know the renewal rules, but my best guess it that it will renew at the full price. I know that you can see movies just about anywhere. My son has used his in Topeka and Wichita, my dd has used one in KC, and I've only used my in Wichita. I do know that our east theater is considered a Premium theatre and we are not allowed to use our cards there. You also can not see an I-Max or 3D movie with the pass.

Phoggie, I was talking to my son today and he said that AMC theaters do not take the Movie Pass. I wanted to pass that on to you since I know there are some AMC theaters in the Kansas City area.

Phoggie, I saw I Can Only Imagine last night and it was really good. I've always loved the song, but never knew the story behind it. Pretty amazing story.

I saw Love Simon the other night. I thought it was really well done. The theater had a large group of energetic younger people (Spring Break) sitting a bit behind me and at first I thought it might get too loud for me since they were obviously socializing and very chatty. But as soon as the movie began everyone went silent and seemed to truly be engrossed in the story line.
