Armstrong Luxe Vinyl Planks - any information?
Comments (5)I had been searching online for a less expensive price on my lvp flooring. Riverwoods flooring gave an excellent price but I could not find out anything about them. I did as much research as I could. I did find they had an excellent BBB score with no complaints. I called and talked to them a couple of times. They assured me they were a brick and mortar store and that the warranty would be valid. Although I have heard that the flooring companies will fight you on warranties citing an installation issue. Anyway, after much debate, I decided to take a chance. I ordered US Floors Coretec Plus LPV Carolina Pine. The price they quoted was $2.99 per sf. I ordered my flooring on a Saturday and it was delivered the next week. It came excellently packaged on a pallet. The boxes were name brand boxes with US Flooring on the outside of the boxes. We have not opened all of the boxes but the ones we did open, the flooring is perfect. No damage or nothing negative to report. So far, my experience has been excellent. So at this point, I would have to recommend them....See MoreNeed opinions on Armstrong Luxe Vinyl Plank
Comments (22)@ triggstudio24 - thank you for pointing out (via the quote from your flooring friend) that there are MANY levels of "Armstrong Vinyl"...and that you Luxe Plank is the top of the top. Too many people forget that what you see in a big box store isn't the same quality as what you see at "fine flooring stores" locally run by the owners. There can be huge differences in quality when it comes to big name "off branding" to the big box stores. It is very confusing for people shopping for flooring....See MoreLooking for Vinyl Plank Flooring reviews, specially NaturallyAgedFloor
Comments (12)No i do not work for or sell flooring. I am just a homeowner trying to make an informed decision :). Our wood floors recently sustained water damage. We need to redo all our flooring. Lux Vinyl Plank seems like a good option for ease of maintenance and durability. The only brand that I care for aesthically is from the company Naturally Aged Flooring, which actually specializes in wood floors. I’m looking for some feedback from individuals who have installed this product. I can’t find any reviews online from this particular company....See Morewhat is the best vinyl planks for basement flooring
Comments (2)Porcelain tile. Vinyl will not satisfy ANY of your requirements. Vinyl plank floors are NOT water proof (they will not survive a flood). Vinyl is NOT fade resistant. In fact they should not be exposed to direct sunlight unless you have HIGH UV ratings on your windows (like 75% block or higher = super expensive). And vinyl scratches like every other plastic item you have in your house. And some scratch more than others....See MoreLisa Hebb
