Can I get 42" round table for a sectional with chaise?
Comments (7)I have round with large sofa and chaise. It works well. Round gives you more space to get in and out if sectional without knocking legs on table. As long as your sofa side is around 90-110” you should be fine. Cut out a brown paper sample the size of the table and see what you think. Elevate it on some boxes around 18”. If you have 3’ walking room from table to TV you should be fine....See MoreWest Elm rugs. Is it a good company to order from?
Comments (6)We just bought a new condo and have mostly furnished with West Elm. There was a holiday weekend with 30% off everything and if we opened a credit card, we also go 20% back in gift cards. It was an amazing deal and we’ve been pretty happy. The bad news is that 2 pieces we purchased were damaged and needed to be returned and exchanged. We’re currently waiting for an area rug. We have a store about 10 miles away which is nice but we’ve had to go back and forth so many times that it’s getting ridiculous. So overall I have mixed feelings about West Elm, but if you’re just buying rugs, you should be OK....See MorePB or West Elm Leather Sectional & Sofa?
Comments (5)IMO if you want good quality leather furniture none of these companies would be my go to. I like Italian made leather furniture and Natuzzi has pieces in every price range and BTW IMO sectionals are the most expensive uncomfortable seating you can buy. Comfort in seating comes from having at least one armrest so a sectional gives you 2 people that have that. So save money and buy a sofa, in fact the nicest is a sofa and 2 chairs. I have owned good quailty Italian leather furniture all out married life so 50+ yrs and I have never regretted the price I paid otr the pieces I bought ....See MoreWhich sofa: Arhaus or Room & Board?
Comments (25)Hi everyone, glad to see this post resuscitated! In the end, to my own surprise, we ordered the C&B Axis II sectional. I spent an hour with a Room & Board designer and was all set to order couches there, but I brought my teenager to test the options and it was clear that it wouldn't work. He's 6'3" and every sofa he sat on looked like kiddie furniture. I really really would have loved to get the beautiful Arhaus white sofas but I realized I was going to spend every day anxious about an errant glass of chocolate milk. I did investigate the higher end options, but in the end the Axis was the most practical option. We'll see - our reno is moving really quickly now and hopefully we'll be moved back in by early/mid March with the new furniture. Will post an update then....See Morerichfield95
