& I use chopped up cherry tomatoes in all kinds of dishes - esp. taco style ground beef.

They won't work just thawed -- you need to cook them. I would probably make jam out of them.

I'd toss them into a stir fry... or a pasta sauce.

I toss them in when I'm making soup.

What is the size of your bowl?

Make pizza. You may have to add some tomato sauce, if it's a small bowl.

I have a couple gallon bags from last seasons garden still. I added a handful last night to a soup that was pureed in my blender.

Add a few or a dozen to top a quiche or frittata. You can add them frozen....they will thaw while cooking. Same with a pizza, add frozen. Can even add to a purchased frozen pizza for a fresh pop of flavor.

Saute onion garlic celery red pepper leek or what ever you have or like, then add some tomatoes and herbs/spice simmer low 20-30 min....puree w/stick blender or reg blender. You have TomatoSoup....use aprox 1 cup veg to 2 cups toms.

After 10min out on a plate single layer, they are easy to cut in half being still partly frozen. Thawed completely they will be soft/mush but still great flavor.

and yes, I thought of putting some in a soup... and I know I will... just thought, I could get some other awesome ideas. ;)
