We aren't in wheelchairs, but we aren't very strong anymore either. (Just to catch you up a bit on info about disabled folks -- more often then not, disabled people aren't in wheelchairs, and, looking at them, you wouldn't know they were disabled. The disability, whether in or out of a wheelchair, is often strength stealing, pain related, and/or is just what the word implies -- an inability to do one or more things able-bodied people can do. If you're going to try to sell us something, you might want to try living your life, just for one day, from our viewpoint, which, because of the number of reasons already stated, is often about two feet lower then what you're doing in that picture above. Just a little business advice, from someone who used to be successfully self-employed.) I can't lean over or stay up straight for over an hour, and neither of us can do anymore then 3 hours of work per day, including shopping, housework and physical hobbies, like gardening. LOL) Looking at your picture, I don't see how someone in a wheelchair could make that structure, and I can guarantee we are too weak to do it, too! (We meaning hubby and me, nothing to do with the stuffed animals now.) How are disabled people able to make such a big structure? Sorta kills the whole concept of "dis"abled there. Much easier to pluck an occasional weed out of a container, or deadhead for a few minutes each day, then to create such a huge piece of construction. As for getting the carrying cases for the Pepsi bottles, I was rather hoping contacting Pepsi would convince them to let me buy some from them, or, if need be, buy old beat up wine racks and place them on their sides, sticking the 2 liter bottles in each shelf, instead. With my web sites for children, obviously, I have no intension of stealing. Still, whether this is a con or not, if you check over in the container gardening forum with his post there, he includes pictures that does start to give enough info to imagine the project without buying anything. Might be a pared down version, but, it does look doable, even for the two of us diabled folks. And Dangsr2, would love to see a picture of your container too. neesie, obviously I was talking about the handicapped spots and not the entire parking lot! Geez. The way the law (in the US) is written the "van-accessible" spots have to be the closest *handicapped* (or "disabled") spots of the handi-spots and my point was that that is the wrong way to approach it. So let's not try to suggest I was saying the wheelchairs should park in the next county, OK? And I think someone riding in an electric wheelchair can handle riding "all through the parking lot while others are backing out" much better than someone someone on crutches, walker, cane(s), lugging an oxygen tank, using prosthetic devices, etc. Why should those people suffer so the rider can have the closest spot? Come to think of it, those people are *more* susceptible to problems since the rider can usually be looking around and paying closer attention to the surrounding activities than the others who have to pay close attention to the ground in front of them so they don't fall. Good grief, I never thought of that before! Thanks nessie! And that's for the person propelling themself in the wheelchair. When being pushed by someone else, they have yet another benefit. You're actually making my point and I'll have to remember that. For someone who is struggling to walk to have to walk farther so someone can literally "drive" into the store, is wrong IMO. I have sympathy for people in wheelchairs but I see very little sympathy from people in wheelchairs toward people who are trying to walk. And I won't even bring up the people who *can* walk, but use a wheelchair anyway. And as I said, not that someone in a wheelchair should have to, but if it came down to a choice of someone in a wheelchair parking on the far end of the lot (even if it's to have the extra room to load/unload) and having to ride, verses someone in any of the other situations mentioned and possibly more, I'd say it's still better IMO that the rider go the farther distance most of the time. And yes there's exceptions but for the majority, I feel it's better. The fact is if someone in a wheelchair gets tired even if they're propelling themself, they can stop and rest. They're sitting. If someone is in the other situations, not many are carrying chairs with them to be able to stop and rest. There's been times I've had to stop and lean against a car and even try to sit on a bumper or something when I've had to make my way through a parking lot. Maybe I should just say to heck with it and use a wheelchair! Jae_tn, not to get involved in your argument, but saying you wished people wouldn't park in the vandicapped spots gets contradicted when you said "If you notice, there will be a sign in front of the space saying " Van Accessible" and that means not to park there unless you are a van or there is no other space available." I haven't found the law that says that yet, post a link if you know one but the vandicapped spots aren't only for van use. It's that they're van-accessible by my understanding. I am going to keep looking though. Maybe I'll just call DPS and ask them.

The smell is definitely not mold/must/fungus - I have an unfortunate amount of experience with that particular family of smells and it's not that. It's also not pet smells - got a lot of experience there, too! The seller was a reputable seller of new rugs - good feedback, located in the US. And the rug seemed new - the pile was perfect etc. I did email the seller today and they wrote back saying that the rug has no mothproofing sprayed on it but that they do keep them rolled up with a couple mothballs in each rug in their warehouse. So I'm guessing that the smell I smell is mainly the wool (it definitely has that wet-doggish smell) with a bit of the mothball mixed in. I'm guessing that I'm in for a stinky summer with the hot/humid season coming up, but hopefully the smell will dissipate eventually. It's not a horrible smell, like I said, just "tangy" if that makes any sense. Thanks for all the feedback. dd70 - maybe you need to buy it in a store and give it the sniff test first!

Put another way, a cheap phone for free. Can you afford to buy something that's more capable? The phone companies give you something like 14 days after buying a new phone to return it so that if you find a different model doesn't connect as you'd like it to, you could return it. Or, spend $30 for a Bluetooth earpiece. Bluetooth is only a connection method, like a wire. If it isn't working, Bluetooth isn't the reason, it could be a limitation of the phone (as you suggest) or an incompatibility between it and the car's infotainment system. Speaking of wires, will it work as you if you connect the phone to the car using a USB cord? 3 1/2 years ago, I bought a cheap (like $50) Samsung smartphone from Tracfone for a particular need I didn't want to use my regular smartphone for. The Samsung is not an impressive phone - it's a low end model - but it's adequate for what I use it for. The Tracfone plan I use is cheapest they offer at $120 per year, which includes more minutes than I'd ever use plus 1.5 GB of data. Extra data is $10 per GB, I've never used more than 4 GB in a year. Great service, the one I have connects to Verizon's network and others use ATT. I think Consumer Cellular is a bit more, though still modestly priced. Check out both, what would be best for you would depend on the nature and amount of use.
