Artemis - surprisingly, I haven't had any issues keeping these towels white and I've had them for about 3-4 years. A bright pink item actually snuck into my last load of white towels (which streaked everything pink!) and just one wash with Oxy whitener made them bright white again. They're Charisma towels from Costco so not a great expense to replace if needed. Sheeisback - thanks! I agree about the ivory. The yellow seems okay in person but not quite right in the pictures.

Warning - this is an old post! @juddgirl2 - i was wondering if you would post post photos of your bathroom/bedroom. I’m trying to finalize things fir my master bathroom/master bathroom renovation and would love to see what colors you chose. I’m planning on using Mapei Warm Gray for my carrara marble - your Custom Platinum looks nice though! Hmmm … . What grout color did you use for your slate floors? My slate tile has been installed - will be grouted soon. I am pretty sure that I know which color grout I’m using - just would love to see whatever you did just in case I like it better! 😆 Also, I’m thinking about purchasing some porcelain blue shams/throw from Pottery Barn to use as an accent color in my bedroom. Quiet Moments is one of my top choices for paint - did you wind up selecting it or Chelsea Gray? Wow - it looks like I’m stalking you!

I agree that the mirror is too small and hung too high. I think changing the mirror and the lighting will make a huge difference. The wall color works nicely with the floor in my opinion. If you give some ideas of colors you like or are considering maybe you will get more suggestions. I just wanted to say that I think if you just change the mirror and light, you might feel very very pleased.

How about you paint the window trim the same white as the vanity and then pick a pale color that has some gray in it, but it’s not gray. For example I painted my bedroom SW Silverpoint. On the card it looks light gray, but it’s actually a very pale watery green (in my lighting), that has some gray in it so it’s a subtle color. If you go to a SW store and grab a fan deck, you’ll find a lot of nice light colors such as these shown here. Test a few and see what looks good in your lighting. These are all in the “Neutrals” section of the fan deck. Your pale neural color could lean green, blue, peach, purple, etc. This is Silverpoint. See how if you’re just looking at the card it looks light gray. But on the wall you see the subtle green. You can accomplish this pale/subtle in whichever color you like best. Passive leans more blue, Unique Gray leans purple, etc.
