A tired subject but just wondering if there are newer products in ...

So the basement is all completed except for the flooring. I live in Chicago area so the winters are pretty cold. I did the XPS route along with bats on the walls so that keeps it very warm however the cold concrete really makes the basement cold. From my latest research I am looking at the DRIcore Subfloor R+ Insulated Subfloor priced at $6.22 at Menards now or 2.09 in. x 2 ft. x 4 ft. OSB Insulated R7 Subfloor Panel at Home Depot for $23. Yes the dricore is about half the price but its rvalue is 3 compared to Amdry of R7. I also want the easiest installation possible with none or very few tapcons. Anyone try either options or have any opinions? I really dont want to do the XPS along with plywood due to the amount of tapcons and hauling those sheets down the stairs :)

Thanks all

Rick
