I attached another picture to show the roof. WE have a living room- large , dining room , kitchen and sunroom. # bedrooms up and one bath up, 1/2 bath on the main floor. There is a fireplace and built in china hutch, fairly large crown molding downstairs...and curved doorways.

Cute house! I am not sure - maybe a mix of traditional, colonial and modern? I think this is a versatile style and you could do just about anything you wanted with it. Also, I recommend posting on the decor forum. You might get more feedback.

Congratulations! That's a great looking house. You can make it into anything you like- it's a blank slate. Imagine if throughout Europe people decorated their houses according to the style of the exterior or period it was built? I can promise you nobody in London feels compelled to feature Victorian furnishing or kitchen fittings in a Victorian era house. I would pay more attention to the environment where you live. Currently I live in the Bay Area. Houses here have outstanding natural light and fantastic indoor/outdoor spaces that reflect the special nature of our geographical setting- that along with some good seismic precautions and outrageous price per square foot of dirt ratios- but those are the things that make a Bay Area home special.

Whatever it is called, it looks fabulous! Built in 1910, if it's in good shape (which it appears to be), you have a gem on your hands! I'd tread carefully in whatever you do, and plan any work with classicism in mind. I wouldn't go modern either in renovating rooms or in decor. No knocking down walls to make the interior "open concept" or painting everything gray. No laminate floors. Keep original details as much as possible. Think long and hard before you decide to paint any of that old woodwork. Plan. Plan. Plan. Use quality materials and hire only competent and vetted professionals. Get ideas from "Old House Online" or "Retro Renovators" or "This Old House." Stay away from mass-market junk at the big box stores; use quality branded reproductions (Historic Housefitters, Rejuvenation). Restore and re-use as much as possible. Go to estate sales and antique stores. Live in the house for a while before you do anything. Did I mention planning??? Good luck with your projects!
