Pepper leaves are mottled. Cause?

Hi there! I am a Brit living in Indonesia and since Nov 2017 I have been growing a wide range of container edibles, with my primary passion being chili peppers. I bought a 30cm tall pepper plant in Nov, but decided to top it aggressively as the plant was only producing flowers and fruit in the top 20% of the plant. Additionally, the plant was looking a little spindly and the leaves seemed a little small.

4 weeks later the pepper plant is now looking really bushy with normal sized leaves and is producing very well. However, virtually all the leaves are mottled yellow/green. The leaves have formed normally and there is no sign of aphids (unlike 2 other plants!). It is some variety of Thai or bird's eye pepper. I don't think the leaves are meant to be that colour. Any ideas what it could be? Some form of mosaic virus? As I mentioned, the plant is growing and producing well with no other side effects. Any help would be appreciated!
