Too small for 2 LED lights?
Comments (2)We just finished a small pool build a month ago, 10'x26' (6 person spa included in length) a 8'x12' tanning shelf centered in a stunted T shape. One main pool light, one spa light (facing away from the house) no lights on tanning shelf and it is plenty bright enough for us. Although I was concerned the tanning shelf would be dark it isn't. Much luck in your choices and more enjoyment when you've finished :)...See MoreOutdoor light shines too bright
Comments (8)Typically a non compatible dimmer will cause an LED to flash (years ago when this was more frequent I told clients it was the disco setting!) I don't know what the harm is in trying. FWIW I prefer lights that have a separate bulb so I can control the lamp used but that is for next time. By an LED dimmer and try it. Comments (27)DIY white spray paint is never going to look as smooth as white glass. when the bulb is off, it might look ok. but once you turn it on, there will be dark splotches where the paint is thicker. a perfectly even application will be virtually impossible. I still think using decorative bulbs on a dimmer (and having supplementary light nearby) is the best option. or replace the lamps. another option: replace just the shades. take the glass off and bring it into a lighting store. also take detailed pictures of the collar (the thing the glass attaches to). they might be able to help you find different shades in white glass. it might not be the same shape, but it's worth a look. could cost less than a full replacement....See MoreLighting in kitchen too bright
Comments (4)Don't swap out the LEDs for 2700K in a kitchen. Just swap out the switch for a dimmer. These both work well: Lutron DVCL-153PR-WH Single-Pole or 3-Way Diva LED+ Dimmer Switch Lutron MACL-153MH-WH Maestro LED+ Dimmer Switch...See Morestraitlover
