Hi, yes You are in a big hurry, but don't hurry too much. The house has good visual basics, we only have to free them using right color. I don't know why but I realised that You have to slightly lighten facade and repaint shutters to other not hot color, such as this color used in Deauville, the place of American Film festival is held yearly. This color is very stylish and its difficultm not simple, in its best way. Alternatively, You can use off-gray but for me its dull. Also, the basic columns of the fences are too slim. Use something to thick them as I showed on the sketch. I would leave them in whites and additional fences on stairs are needed. Also the backyard fence can be cleaned, polished and painted with this "Deauville green" color, it also would be very stylish and make a reference to a good taste)) Overall, I woulld use 2 colors + white fences. I even would not touch the bricks (You can wash them and cover with defence liquid), or You can make this other year. You have a lot of work this time so don't try to do ALL simultenously. You have a really nice looking home. You have brick steps so the brick isn't going away ... unless you're planning to destroy those ... so ... you could well be making your house look unnecessarily cheap by painting or whitewashing the brick exterior of the home. If you're replacing the siding with board&batten, you might consider also covering the outer part of the downstairs brick with board&battan, rather than painting or white washing the brick and leaving the brick in place so it could be uncovered by the next owner. and/or You could add a pergola over the patio to minimize the visual of the brick

I think your home looks beautiful in it's natural setting as brown. Since it's already this way, carry that theme around to the porch. Popular color schemes I've been seeing lately are stained wood with natural stone and black accents. Shutters - white, lighting - black, LANDSCAPING - natural stone to match your sidewalk, add some nice juicy sophisticated plants. Paint the porch wall a dark brown to match the house. I love the ceiling as is, but white is a good alternative or highlight with lighting. Add a cool rug and some contemporary outdoor furniture. I'd say focus more on landscaping and accenting what is already beautiful :)
