I love the parody and play on words in the horse cartoon.

Jean Carroll on her husband: “I’ll never forget the first time I saw him, standing up on a hill, his hair blowing in the breeze — and he too proud to run and get it.”

Know how to do that one? Get rid of the first one/two LETTERS, and there is your answer. Learned it from my daughter. :)

I made my son cafe au lait and beignet yesterday morning. He was enjoying them intensely, and evidently a large number of them, as when he involuntarily coughed, there misted about a rather large cloud of powered sugar all over the table, the floor, his legs... We laughed heartily, and I began to look around for the pigeons since I felt like I was actually at the Cafe du Monde :)
