Monstera deliciosa variegata wet brown edge turning translucent

Hi there,
I got my monstera in fall so it hasn't grown but it has been doing well until recently, I moved it to a different location and it developed a brown spot on the top leaf edge. Interestingly, unlike other brown edges in the past, this brown edge was very wet (not dry). I trimmed away the brown edge and now it's starting to spread a little but the new area is translucent. Anyone know what might be happening!? I water about every ~10-14 days with rain water (live in the PNW). Because the edge isn't "dry" I don't think it's from under-watering. The other leaves are perfectly fine and I don't see any spots or infestations. Thanks in advance!
