Mini-split (heat pump) and supplemental heat

Hello there. My 1400 sq. ft. house has mini-splits - a wall unit in each of 3 bedrooms upstairs (11k btu) and a larger unit (21.6 btu) downstairs. It's mostly 20 - 50 degrees in winter. The gas steam boiler which used to be the main source of heat died a week ago, and the mini-splits are keeping the house at about 65 degrees so far. For various reasons I'd like to supplement the mini-split heating rather than install a new gas boiler. What would work well in terms of installation (chimney is not usable) and heating cost? Am considering adding Williams 30000 but/hr direct-vent gas heater for downstairs, and Stiebel Eltron 1500-Watt Wall Mounted Electric Fan Heater for 45 sq. ft. bathroom upstairs. Any experience with similar situation or either units? Thank you!
