It's a pretty color. Do you usually buy a sample can of paint you want to try? I find the best way to choose paint is to paint foamcore boards, place one on each wall, then live with the color a few days, day and night, sunny, as well as cloudy days. Also, make sure you have lighting that will make the color clear, like Reveal bulbs. There are some daylight CFL's out there that also are complimentary to colors. Good luck.

LWO- take a look at the Bluebeam app I mentioned- only available for iPad (which I consider the dark side :) I almost got an iPad mini just to use it. I still might but tech can simply be a bottomless pit and I always have a list. You can download a trial of the full BB (standard -no need for CAD) version on your laptop to get some idea of using it. Be a good idea to check the iPad resources they list to see which tools work and which don't before taking the plunge. Take a look at the sequence tools- great for numbering cabinets on pdfs from 2020 floor plans. Overall you can: markup, measure, place shapes, places appliances, doors, windows (to scale) draw lines, make notes, and insert an image. Getting an image to scale takes a little practice/math, measuring isn't too hard. The iPad app also imports photos and video taken with the tablet which is one of the big reasons I consider it. I kicked around a Surface Pro- I travel a lot and was looking to cut some of the weight. It's easy enough for me to move the Chief license. 2020 is a pain but I don't use it enough to care :) I have a 1.5 lb USB monitor for a second screen that will work with it. Transferring a Bluebeam license between machines is a pain and I couldn't live without it. A full version is $250 and (and I already have two), tack that onto an i7 Surface..$$$. I'd just as soon put 2 grand into an upcoming Skylake laptop. So I shelved my Briggs and Reilly bag and got a back pack for now; saved a few pounds and my back :)

I don't know of a free app to do this. There are some low priced ones but truly, the images they generate create the fakiest looking plants, I don't see how it is really a great help. If you have basic drawing ability, you might upload a photo and use something like Microsoft Paint to draw over it, or a program/app for a tablet (if you have one). For drawing, it helps to have a stylus and touchscreen.

I'm not aware of a program specifically for this purpose, but you could certainly achieve this with Photoshop or similar image editing program. However, I would actually recommend going analog here and making physical concept boards. Get some big pieces of foam core, get actual samples for paint colors and materials you want to use and mount them to the board, and print and cut out pics of furniture and fixtures you like. Use thumbtacks so it's easy to move stuff around. You could draw your layout on a giant foam core board and make areas with your room ideas, or make a smaller one for each room and place them next to each other. Why do it this way? - There's something pleasing and substantial about expressing your ideas in physical media - No learning curve overhead as you'd have mucking around with a piece of software (Photoshop is extremely powerful, but takes learning and practice to be proficient in it). - You use REAL samples and can see how they ACTUALLY interact with each other and with the lighting in your house. A big drawback to looking at sensitive things like subtly different shades of white on a screen is that your monitor is not properly calibrated, so how you see it on the screen is not how it really is (unless you get your monitor professionally calibrated - this is a thing only designers really have to worry about). Besides, a monitor can't easily show the nuances of a color like you can see in a physical swatch. You can hold the swatch in the sun, under different light bulbs, etc. - It's fun - It's what professional interior designers do for client presentations (I interned at an interior design firm and assembled lots of concept boards).
