I'll guess 25. I know where it started and I know of 2 movies where he physically sang it as a character in the movie but I'm thinking this is a trick question and the playing of the song without his presence counts..... ;-D

Or we can be sticklers and say ZERO because technically, he never sang the song in the movie. It was played over/lip synching.

Holiday Inn definitely and then in White Christmas. I think he sang other orchestrated versions after but not in a movie.
