Crassula Perforta stem dying

I have an idea of what maybe wrong with my Crassula perforta but not sure. I think I left it outside in the cold too long. Generally I used to move all my succulents inside in September, but as my collection grew I researched each plant and made a document that told me when to move them in. While I was moving a round of plants in I noticed the stems that now are nearly dead were looking weak so I brought it in immediately I assumed it was due to the cold. Maybe I researched wrong info as to what it can tolerate. I’m wondering if I can do anything to try and revive at this point? On top of that I knock it over but I don’t think that’s it. It didn’t look nearly this bad when I first moved it in but now it looks terrible. Wondering if I should separate from the healthy stem.

Now I’m scares to leave my graptopetalum penrandrum outside because of this. It’s my last remaining succulent outside besides my semps. It looks fine but still!
