This puzzle was a lot of fun. It came with a short story murder mystery and no picture of the puzzle at all. The puzzle was a pic of the crime scene, so in order to solve the mystery, you had to complete the puzzle and find the clues in the picture. Cleverly done, though I think they missed some clues and one they suggested I thought a little lame. But fun nevertheless. What also made it tougher was 95% of the pieces were all variations of the same shape.

Comments (6)Near the village of Kahaii on The Big Island of Hawaii at Onomea Bay, these rocks have a story. Legend has it that one day, a chief of the village spotted many canoes with sails heading shoreward in their direction. Fearing an attack, the chiefs and village elders held a council to determine a course of action. They decided to build a reef to prevent a landing on their beaches. Not having the means to complete the task quickly enough, they asked for two young lovers be the guides and protectors of the village by giving their lives. Two willing individuals were found. That night a decree was sent to all who lived at KahaliâÂÂi to remain indoors from sunset to sunrise without making any light or sound, on penalty of death. In the light of the new day, everyone went down to the shoreline where they were amazed to find the lovers gone, and in their place two gigantic rock formations at the entrance of the bay, attached to each other, as if on guard. The chief informed the people that no canoe could pass the treacherous currents swirling around the rocks unless allowed to do so by the guardians. The lovers and their offspring still stand today, sentinels at the head of the bay. Comments (8)Yes, that is the ship that we were on earlier this month. If you look above the row of life boats (orange covers) everything above that line are balcony cabins. Also balcony cabins (5 decks) at the stern. Above those cabins there is a open deck and a small pool, of course with a bar. In the center of the ship, a large pool (bar and Mexican buffet) with a retractable cover. At the highest point at the front of the ship is another open deck (with a wind screen to protect while under way) and beneath that is "The Crow's Nest" with a great coffee bar, library, dance floor and lots of chairs for reading and relaxing. We love Montreal-style bagels, firm and chewy. I tried my hand yesterday at making some. Poppy-seed and sesame. He's hooked! I may have created a monster :-)
